Work Summary

At NatureMed, I was brought on to improve the overall customer experience, educate our community, and help break the lingering stigma around cannabis. All while growing the brand’s visual identity. A big part of my role was figuring out how to connect with our main audience, people 35 and up, while also keeping younger customers in mind.


Every design is crafted with intention, and I believe great design isn’t just about looking good; it’s about making people feel seen, informed, and connected. From designing 10-year anniversary pins, each with its own meaning, to building clear, friendly checklists for staff.

Education Series

For the education series, I focused on creating graphics that felt approachable, friendly, and easy to understand. Knowing many in our audience grew up with negative messaging around cannabis, I spearheaded an educational campaign centered on responsible use and helping customers find products that truly fit their needs. I wanted people to feel seen, informed, and welcomed. Through thoughtful visuals and clear messaging, I aimed to build trust and help people connect with the brand on a personal level.
